This is a permanent position at ActiveLife Physiotherapy & Massage Clinic, New Glasgow.
Currently 17-23 hours/week.. Start date: As soon as possible
Work alongside two experienced RMTs and two PTs in this busy multi-service clinic with an established referral base and interesting clients. The patient caseload consists mainly of adults with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, including athletic injuries, whiplash, back pain, headaches, TMD and pre-natal concerns. The clinic has a strong physician and community referral base. The clinic is open Monday to Friday, days and early evenings.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited MT program and be eligible for or currently registered to practice in NS. The ideal candidate will have strong massage therapy and communication skills. Skills considered special assets: knowledge/experience in sports massage and myofascial release, and thorough orthopaedic assessments.

As a Recognized Assessment Site, ActiveLife's Physiotherapists will assess your strength, mobility and balance before you start the Club-Z program. This assessment will help you determine which classes might fit your needs best. Quarterly check-ins with ActiveLife's team to assess progress can be scheduled also!
